A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.

10% discount on food and beverages
Early check-in by 12:00 hrs
Late check-out by 11:00 hrs
Room upgrade to the next available category (subject to availability)
Welcome drink on arrival
If cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between 5 to 7 days prior to arrival, 1 night’s tariff will be charged.
If cancellation is made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
We collect your personal details only for booking and reservation purposes.
We do not collect or store any payment information on our systems.
